These terms cover use of the key-serenity.com brochure site. They are not terms of sale: no booking and no payment take place on this website.
Purpose of the site
KEYSERENITY presents stays, long-term rentals, properties for sale or purchase, and extras around a stay in Essaouira. The site is published in French and English.
No contract on the site
This site does not take payment and does not show an availability calendar. An enquiry (dates, duration, extras) prepares a WhatsApp message or an email; what follows happens off-site, including on Airbnb or Booking when those links exist.
There is no visitor account and no sign-up.
Listings
Only listings published by the KEYSERENITY team appear. Owners write via /owners; they do not put a listing online themselves.
Third-party links
WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking and Instagram links leave key-serenity.com. Their use is governed by those services’ terms.
Liability
Information is provided in good faith. KEYSERENITY may correct a text or withdraw a listing. The site may be interrupted for maintenance.
Governing law
The site is published from Morocco. Any dispute relating to use of the site is subject to Moroccan law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply.
