Data collected on this site

Contact form: name, email, phone, message. The button opens an email (mailto) to contact@key-serenity.com. Nothing is stored in a database on the site.

Owners form: name, email, phone, property city, purpose (short stay, long stay, land, sale, rental) and message. Same mailto flow to contact@key-serenity.com. This form does not publish a listing.

WhatsApp: the sticky button and booking flows open wa.me to +212 650 658 076, with a pre-filled message (property, check-in and check-out dates and number of guests for short stays, duration for long stays, optional extras when chosen). You send this message yourself from WhatsApp; WhatsApp / Meta then process the conversation.

Airbnb and Booking: the buttons take you straight to the platform through a KEYSERENITY redirect link that only counts the click, anonymously. The platform’s own privacy policy then applies.

Instagram: a link to @keyserenity.morocco leaves the site.

Vercel hosting: usual technical logs (IP address, date, page, browser) to operate and secure the site.

Vercel Analytics audience measurement (Vercel Inc.): anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages visited, country, device type, clicks on the Airbnb/Booking buttons). No cookie is set and there is no cross-site tracking.

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), only if you click “Accept” in the banner: measurement of our ads (page views, WhatsApp clicks, booking request sent to WhatsApp), with the _fbp / _fbc cookies, kept for 13 months at most. If you decline, no Meta script is loaded. You can change your mind at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page.

/admin area: the team password and the ks_admin session cookie. This is not a public account.

Purposes

To answer stay, long-term rental, buy/sell or property-management requests; to prepare a WhatsApp, Airbnb or Booking hand-off; to administer listings; to keep the website running.

Only with your consent: measuring the effectiveness of our Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Recipients

The KEYSERENITY team. Strictly necessary providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting and Vercel Analytics, anonymous statistics), Hostinger (DNS). If you use WhatsApp, Instagram, Airbnb or Booking, those services receive the data you send them, under their own policies.

Only with your consent: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel, ad measurement).

Retention

The website does not keep form submissions. Emails and conversations received by KEYSERENITY are kept for a maximum of one year, then deleted. Hosting logs follow Vercel’s policy. The ks_admin cookie expires after 7 days.

Meta Pixel (if accepted): cookies and measurement data kept for 13 months at most. Your consent choice (ks_consent) is kept for 13 months.

Transfers

Vercel is established in the United States: hosting may involve a technical transfer outside Morocco. WhatsApp, Instagram, Airbnb and Booking may also process data outside Morocco when you use them.

If you accept the Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta group companies may process this data outside Morocco, including in the United States.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you may request access, rectification or objection, within applicable limits, by writing to contact@key-serenity.com. You may also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
